Staying at Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa, UK

During our  2-week trip to the UK, we stayed in a lot of hotels, and yet, one of the hotels that I really liked would have to be Mercure Warwickshire. After spending the whole day touring around Chester and Stratford upon Avon (blogging about that soon!), we headed to Mercure, which is just 8 miles from Shakespeare’s Birthplace.

Month-date: March 2017

Well, obviously I ended up skipping some months orz. ;; This is mainly because I’ve been too lazy to come up with a month-date post, but I think that it’s high time to start writing one again! So, I’m going to do a recap of this month’s highlights, and some mundane things too just to spice things up lol, on this post! ❤



One of the greatest highlights for me this month would be our staycation in Sofitel, which I did a post about and you can check it out here.  Hehe, I really love the resort vibe of this place, and I could stay for hours in their pool area – given that I have an interesting book with me, or my phone would suffice as they have crazy fast wi-fi.

A Visit to Wong Tai Sin Temple, Hong Kong

Wong Tai Sin Temple, also known as Sik Sik Yuen Temple, is one of the places that we tend to go back to whenever we visit Hong Kong. It’s conveniently located, as it is only a few minutes walk from Wong Tain Sin MTR Station.

From the MTR, you will pass by these small stalls selling items such as keychains, charms, and joss sticks.
